Cranberry tea??

Answers:
Green tea is healthy for us because of its antioxidant potential. Antioxidants help prevent and repair damage done by free radicals in our bodies. It is also felt that green tea as well as other types of tea enhances our immune system.

All true tea comes from the Camellia Sinensis plant. Therefore all teas contain antioxidants. Tea ranks as high as or higher than many fruits and vegetables in antioxidant potential.

All teas are good for you green has more anti oxidants than black, white tea has the greatest amount . Drink any kind of tea, you can't go wrong.

I notice people using green tea do not read the label. It has less green tea and more additives. Health food stores have the natural leaves drink and drain, etc.

Those teas are also good for you but not quite as much as green tea.

black tea is chock full of antioxidants. I make a gallon of it using 5 teabags and about 3/4c sugar at most.

I've been wondering the same thing. Thanks for asking, I don't have to now.

I'm a BIG tea drinker.
