If planning to reuse brewed tea leaves, how would I prepare it for rebrewing?!

Question:

If planning to reuse brewed tea leaves, how would I prepare it for rebrewing?

I read an article somewhere that some tea leaves are rebrewable. In order to optimize preservation, what do I do right after I'm done brewing the leaves, and then how would I store it?

Answers:
they probably meant that you can make two servings instead of one. If you do rebrew the tea leaves, rebrew it right away. I would not preserve or dry them for fear that bacteria could grow on it. If you want, you could make a second cup with the tea leaves that you just used. Of course, it won't be as strong as the first cup. good luck.

Don't rebrew tea leaves. It makes you look cheap and the resulting tea isn't nearly as good as the original pot you brewed.
