Okay this is how I figured it out. First pour a 2 liter into cups. See how many cups it'll take to empty one 2 liter bottle. Then just figure it out that way. Which is very expensive. Instead of going to the store just go on this website below. When I was doing my soccer party with all the players, the referees, coaches, family, and some of the other teams, we used that website for drinks and appetizers. Good luck, I hope I helped you out.

There are also soda kegs. Plain and simple they are kegs filled with soda.

What is your serving size?

figure how much you want the guests to drink. figure about 1 liter=2 or 3 ppl. 245/2= 122.5 or 123ish

You actually may be better off renting a soda dispenser (you know soda fountain - with the changeable tanks) check out party rental places or local organizations or food vending distributors. Once a liter is opened if it isn't used it will go bad and be a waste. WIth the soda fountains, they are portable and yes you have to have someone watch and change the tanks, but it isn't difficult. Ask the food vending distribution how many cups (tell them the oz. size) you'll be serving they can guess now many you'll get out of each tank.

I would suggest 64 litres (32 - 2-litre bottles or roughly 21 3-litre bottles) to serve your guests. 64 litres make up approximately 256 servings. The adults might drink more than the children, but start out with equal servings for everybody. Then the remaining servings could go to whoever is the thirstiest.

(Yes, I spell "litre" the British way, even though I'm American. Don't call me stupid; it's a correct spelling, just awkward.)

just buy about 15 liters of soda.. not everyone drink soda.. you should get other things like juice, wines , coffee and if there kids.. get them juice box or something.. and half of what is about 122.5 people person side. and remember water... H2O
maybe few liter of soda
few juices small one at the supermarket
and few wines and juice box for kids...

you can never have too much Soda remember that

About 23 bottles.
Half of the cup full per person.

about 200 bottles
people do spill drinks at parties
