How does a brita water pitcher work?!

Question:

How does a brita water pitcher work?

Answers:
They have different sizes, but basically, you fill the top of the pitcher and the water filters down to the lower half of the pitcher and gets filtered by the charcoal filter in between the top and bottom parts.

I conducted a taste test and I could definitely tell the difference between regular tap water and the brita filtered water.

The only bad part about the Brita filter is that it can only hold so much and you have to wait for the water to trickle down before you can pour it into a glass or whatever.

Also, spring water or other bottled water might taste better than the brita filter. Another bad thing is that the filters cost about 6 dollars and last about 3 months per the instructions.

I have one & like it. You just run tap water into the top of a pitcher that has one of their filters. This takes out the extra stuff that you don't want in your water & makes it taste better...in fact in tastes great. I keep mine in the frig.

You load a filter cartridge into the little hole in the plastic. The filter has charcoal which takes out the impurities in the water.

When you first get a new filter for the Brita, you have to run water through it once or twice bc some charcoal comes out into the water. When the water starts coming out clear, you're good to go!
