it's only too late if you plan to go to bed soon. Well U still can have coffee and then later take some valerian tea to help U sleep.. I do this when I really want a coffee and I know it's too late! Today however I just finished off I big bottle of cola it was 2/3 full when I started it about an hour and a half ago! I'll be hitting the sack soon. It's 2:25 AM here. 3:25 if you've started the daylight savings time change!
