How can I get ONLY the tea BAG version of Wu-Long Tea instead of the leaves?!
How can I get ONLY the tea BAG version of Wu-Long Tea instead of the leaves?
Sometimes they deliver the bag version and sometimes the leaves version of the tea. There's no way to specifiy on the website which one I want.
Has anyone else come across this problem?

i would probably call customer support. that is very odd that they don't specify if it's in bags or loose leaf. See if their other teas are in bags or loose leaf. Chances are that it is the same.
Get a tea ball it acts like a tea bag. You put the loose tea in it and and steep in hot water.
