Does Decaff count towards your water intake?!

Question:

Does Decaff count towards your water intake?

I drink decaffinated tea and coffee during the day. Does that count towards my water intake like milk and juice do?

Answers:
actually, all liquid counts toward your total water intake. also, you get some daily water by consuming fresh fruits and veggies as well. some caffeinated and some carbonated beverages do have a diuretic effect, but it really is very limited.

No. Coffee, tea, juice, or milk, they don't count. My friend Amanda the nutritionist says that water is water. If you add crystal light she still counts it, but beyond that it's not.

No. It's stil coffee. It's not water.
