The coffee seems to have changed and seems watered down. Has anyone noticed this too?

I worked for Starbucks for 4 years and I can give you some suggestions:
The Starbucks you visit may have a problem with their brewer, with the scales they use to measure the coffee batches, or the grinder.
Sometimes, the brewers have random malfunctions that can cause weak coffee, but those are usually caught because there are other "symptoms" aside from the weak coffee.
Scales can be mis-calibrated, resulting in coffee batches that weigh too little- making the coffee weak.
Grinders are supposed to be calibrated weekly. If the grounds are too coarse, your coffee will be weak.
Finally- sometimes stores get a lot of the more mild tasing coffees (House Blend, Breakfast Blend, Light Note) auto shipped to them and they have to use it for the COD (Coffee of the Day)
I know I was asked to brew House Blend as our regular coffee because Starbucks sponsored a big event in my city and had a lot of House Blend left over and we had to use it up.
Tell the manager on duty. There is no reason you should be dissatisfied with your coffee.

Lately there has been less and less coffee in my Cappuccino..I thought they were making mistakes at first...but it is happening more and more.
My coffe seems to be fine but I just drink my coffee just so I can wake up and be nice to my customers at work....(wink)
maybe it was just a bad batch of coffee. If I were you, I would talk to the barista, have them make you a new one.

yes, i have noticed it too. went to starbucks yesterday and went to cobericks today. the best in my opinion is now boston stokers
they could have just brewed the coffee wrong.. if you are not happy with your drink then they are always happy to remake it for you.
