Why does your tab water look more like milk?
I notice that the tab water is a milk color its not
clear like water should be. Could there be a problem with the water?

Could be something with the filtration system, especially if it smells bad too. In that case, don't drink it. Some water comes out with millions of tiny air bubbles that make it look milky. After a while they go away, but who wants to wait for that glass of water anyway!
It could mean that there is a lot of sediment or other particles suspended in the eater. Additionally, there might be a lot of aeration (water bubbles) in the water. Keep a glass full on the counter for a few hours and see if anything sinks to the bottom of the glass or settles out. You may determine if there is a problem by seeing what is on the bottom of the glass. if it smells bad, not not drink it.
you dont say if you have well water or city water? which do you have?
YES!!!!! you don't even want to know whats in that water! get a revrse osmosis filter!
Sometimes it's air in the water, let it set a couple minuites if it gets clear it was air.
It should not be the color of milk even with a ton of air bubbles. I would call the water company in the morning if you are on tap water, if your on well water I would have someone check out your well. In the meantime drink bottled water. Even with good tap water we use a water softner and reverse osmosis it is the best way to go. At the very least get a charchoal filter like pur if you can't afford reverse osmosis. But even so if it's milk colored I would call the water company.
Now you might try going outside and seeing the color from the hose if it's clear from the hose outside but milky inside it's something that is wrong with your pipes.
