Question:

H20 or Gatorade?

Reference: The Waterboy

Answers:
H20 gives you strenght but not as much as gatorade, but it lasts longer. Gatorade gives you more strenght than water, but it doesn't last as long.

GATORADE Bro

Gatorade is like kool-aid and is no better than pop
Water will hydrate you, because it is water, so drink water instead of Gatorade or Kool-Aid or pop.

Gatorade becuz it has energizers that water does not have.also fuels and cools u. i use gatorade in my 5-mile run.i use h20 in my jogs

Gatorade has your electrolytes . . .and mama say so.

your body is 98% water so give it back what it needs!!!

Well, when I'm in a game, I drink H20, but I realized that it made me very thirsty during the middle of the game. I switched to Gatorade, and it really IS a thirst quencher.

So Gatorade for me~
Also, it tastes better.
(:

Water is my daily staple. But when I feel like I deserve the extra calories, I'm all about GATORADE - fruit punch flavor. Can't beat it.

Gatorade it also has electrolites

water throughout the day, gatorade during the game becuase its full of electrolites which keep your energy flowing during the game

trust me, i have my bachelors in athletic training and i'm becoming a physical therapist

Gatorade is only good if you are a very active athlete or have diarrhea. It replaces electrolytes and if you are just sitting at home, this can add too much sodium to your diet. Water is better for you if you are just thirsty.

Gatorade

I think Gatorade is suppose to be better because it replaces Electrolytes.

Gatorade is better if you are hiking, because you are sweating out salt, and you need to replenish your water and salt.

Or, you can eat potato chips and drink water.

well it depends gatorade haz more vitamins and electolites but water is over all much better for u cause there is not all of the sugar in water that there is in gatorade

They both hydrate you the same amount. It depends on if you like flavor or not.
