Can too much caffeine make you nauseous and dizzy?!

Question:

Can too much caffeine make you nauseous and dizzy?

Answers:
Yes, typical symptoms are nervousness, anxiety, insomnia and headaches, but some people experience dizziness and nausea.

definitely!

Especially if you get dehydrated. Drink lots of water.

If you are nauseous, better off sipping some juice.

yes its a drug so you can get buzzed

If coffee is all you are drinking it's possible. Try alternating a glass of water with what ever you drink. Try to limit your caffeine intake to a couple of cups/day. Peace!

It can really depend on what you mean by too much. Some say two cups of coffee is exceeding it, but truly, taking too much caffeine is about four or more cups of coffee, in my opinion. You can become a little shaky at first, after you feel the rush. All in all, it does vary from person to person, because some people have high tolerance for caffeine. But for me, I rarely drink coffee. So, one cup for me, is just enough. Mind you, it can stain your teeth, so I don't recommend drinking too much of it.

yeah sometimes

Yes, although excess caffeine usually makes ppl jittery and anxious. You're more likely to experience those symptoms if you're suffering from caffeine withdrawal. All the same, it'd be a good idea to eliminate it from your diet and see if you feel better. It could also be something else in what you're drinking (coffee or whatever it might be).

Yes. Drink lots of water and have a light snack like a piece of fruit or some cheese.

yes it can really make you dizzy
