Is it safe to have two energy drinks in one day?!

Question:

Is it safe to have two energy drinks in one day?

im really tired but i got to get through 3 and a half more hours of studying i already had one energy drink today should i have another?

Answers:
It's no different than having several cups of coffee.

It is completely safe. Go nuts and have another.

I wouldn't drink anymore than 3. On Monsters I think it says don't drink more than 3 a day

usually it depends on how big the drinks are

but if its not a habit to drink more than one a day, i think its an exception if youre just using it to study

i think you should have it if you need it to concentrate
good luck with youre exams or whatever youre taking!

Try this website it should tell you everything about monster energy drink.

I drank 2 monster drinks once when working an 18 hour shift I hit an extreme high during the beginning of my last 4 hours then hit rock bottom and was an emotional mess just before the end. I don't think doing it once in a great while would harm you, but I wouldn't make a habit of it, that stuff makes me feel like I'm going to have a heart attack.

It's not going to kill you immediately or anything but it may leave long term health risks. =o

it depends what kind. hun just read the back of the energy drink. :]]

Most energy drinks that I have tried, particularly Red Bull say that it is not safe to consume more than 500mL a day, which is 2 cups.

YUP..its totally safe..
basically, when u hav a hecetic, day, u sweat a lot,
and lose salt....
it increases ur salt level, giving u energy...
but dont hav tooooo much of anything, though 2 drinks wont difference.......
so enjjjoyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
