What should I know about mixing non alcoholic drinks?!

Question:

What should I know about mixing non alcoholic drinks?

Particularly I am interested in knowing whether I should avoid any combinations (what with what?), how does acidity affect mixing, what are the most popular non-alcoholic ingredients for alcoholic coctails... basically, as much info on the subject as possible. Thank you!

Answers:
Dont mix anything alcoholic. thats all.
Any other consumable drink can be used for a mocktail.
Any way try http://www.healthunit.on.ca/mocktails/re...

I like to mix peach Faygo and orange juice, for a "virgin Fuzzy Naval", but that's probably not what you mean. It is really good, though. Almost as good as the real thing.

Get a "Bartenders book" that how I mix the drinks I make for parties.

You can make any of the cocktails less the alcohol. Like virgin margaritas, daquiries, martinis........etc.
