What is good and bad about coffee?!

Question:

What is good and bad about coffee?

don't just say it's yummy

Answers:
I used to love it for the obvious reason that one can stay awake but even more so for developing ideas. Suppose I had contemplated something for a few days or weeks, I'd get a little high on coffee and make a tape to pull the whole idea together. Felt blissful & deep.
Eventually, I felt it was illicit (i.e. to my ideas) doping and withdrew from it. Let me tell you that it was the heftiest withdrawal I have ever had: really bad headaches, photophobia (light sensitivity), and a weird confused mood, all for days on end. Caffeine is a heavy drug. Ever since my energy seems much more even and reliable and the lack of mood adulteration makes life a little more clear, fresh and stable.
That's my experience.

i dont like coffee my self but i love the smell, the bad thing is it stains your teeth

I love coffee because it gives me tons of energy and makes me take a huuuuuge dump in the morning. There's nothing I don't like about it.

Its just a great way to start the day.

If used to stay awake in the evenings, coffee can cause a lot of stress and anxiety on your body which may lead to numerous ill health effects.

Caffiene is addictive and should be used with some self-control in mind. Exercising Self-control builds strength.
