Does gatorade have trans fat in it?
Answers:
No - Gatroade does not contain any fat/transfat.
Trans fats are primarily from hydrogenated oils like Crisco & margarine. Liquid oils go through a process called hydrogenation to make them solid @ room temperature. At first, these fats were thought to be healthier than saturated fats (animal fats, coconut oil, etc.). However, recent research has shown that trans fats are bad because the body is not designed to process them.

Little know fact: During a University of Florida football game in the 60's the Gators came out for the second half exhausted. So scientists that worked in a lab under the football field thought that it would be a good idea to make a sports drink that had the flavor of orange and the nutritional content of butter. After drinking the new sports drink all of the players got diarrhea and won the game.
No it doesn't, it is better than water, and it has 50 calories. No fat in it at all.
