Who did John Pemberton sell rights to Coca Cola to?!

Question:

Who did John Pemberton sell rights to Coca Cola to?

How did Asa Candler end up with all of the rights to Coca Cola?please be specific! Sources would help also!

Answers:
John Pemberton died so he did not sell the rights to Coca Cola. There were 3 investors who had invested a great deal into Coca Cola- Asa Candler, Robert Woodruff and Roberto Goizueta. Asa Candler had worked for Pemberton as early as 1872, wound up, after a series of transactions, controlling the company within a short time of Pemberton's death. By 1891 he owned all of the Coca-Cola business. By the late 1890s, Coca-Cola was one of America's most popular fountain drinks. Asa Candler was another Atlanta pharmacist (just like Pemberton) ,and he led the Coca-Cola Company to increased syrup sales by over 4000% between 1890 and 1900.
