Is the Senseo coffee machines good for makin coffee?
I need a new coffee maker and a single guy so I dont need alot made at a time but I was wondering if the Senseo machines make good coffee and the deluxe model is worth it? :) thanx Greg

I had one and the coffee is good. It adds a foam to the top. The only problem is that it cost about 25￠ a pod and if you use a large cup it requires 2. I finally switched to a cheap drip coffee maker and buy flavored coffee. It is only a few cents a cup for coffee and filters cost about a penny.
I have the keurig and love it. We had the Senseo, but I like the keurig much better. I bought the filter thing so that I can make regular ground coffee in it too.
if you don't want to punch yourself in the face everyday, do NOT buy a senseo...i moved to my brothers house after katrina and used his senseo and every day i curse that machine, such an annoying piece of bad coffee making crap! i would rather go buy a ten dollar generic drip pot than use that thing again....kinda makes me wonder why i haven't done that yet....
