Good smothie recipes?

I am looking for ma good smothie recpice iam 16 years old and on a diet want it to taste good dietable and engergize me in the morning


Answers:
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of water
about 4 ice cubes (skinny ones, or 2 of the square ones)
and 3 drops of vanilla (liquid, you buy in the store)

And blend it all together, my mom ALWAYS made this for my sisters and I when we were kids, and all the neighbors always asked for the recipe!

Orange Juice, Ice and Strawberries is tasty. You just blend them all together in a blender. You pretty much add the ingredients and make it to your taste. If you use frozen strawberries it comes out sweeter.

If you're in a diet always make sure you stay within a healthy range, and don't starve yourself, it's not about how much you eat but wether you are eating healthy food.
Good smoothies.... the one I make and love is just plain and simple Skim milk (about 1 cup) 1banana, 5 or 6 strawberries honey and yogurt if you'd like and if you want you can also add ice, put them all in a blender and that's it, if you think it's too thick add some more milk.

take some of your favorite fruits ( fresh or frozen) frozen fruits make it frothier( strawberries, banana, raspberrries, blueberries, anything)
add some milk ( it could be low fat 2% fat free etc)
add your favorite flavor of yougurt and some ice

some other additions you could try is orange sherbet, protein powder.
blend together

Enjoy

Combine the following items in a blender (you can change the proportions to obtain the consistency you desire):
orange juice
cranberry-grape juice
whey protein powder
non-fat, plain yogurt
frozen blueberries
frozen raspberries
a banana.

You know what I do..and its all about look or how much you life of each one. so you don't have to play with measureing cups and stuff

Chocolate Soy Milk (it takes like yohoo drink)
Sliced Bananas

Very simple..Not alot of ingredients and its healthy for you.

and since your 16..its more on the chocolate side and you can ENJOY IT!!

1 cup of frozen blueberries
3 tbl. sps. of vanilla yogurt
1 tbl. sp. of peanut butter (yummy flavor!)
1 cup crushed ice

Directions: Place all materials into blender and mix up to 1 or 2 minutes. Add ice and enjoy!
