Answers:
You're really not drinking that much, about 14- 8oz. servings, which is above the average recommendation of 8-10 8oz servings, but if you're active, you need to drink that much.

YOU HAVE A GOOD HABIT. KEEP UP.

WATER IS THE BEST DRINK IN THE WORLD.................

Drinking water is good for you. Just balance it with salt so you don't get too diluted.

i dont think water is harm to any human.....after all we are almost made of water

Water is just one of those things that make you do that, it makes you feel great and you want it all the time once you start drinking a lot of it. No, you're not drinking too much.

make sure your water intake is balanced with your salt intake...and don't "drown" yourself either.

Water is very healthy for you and your body. It helps to pump the fat cells, cleanse the organ systems, make you less hungry, your skin clearer and retain salty food and drinks. It makes your body happy.

Usually drink 8-10 glasses = 60 to 100 oz a day.

Ideally, you should drink 1/2 of your total body weight in ozs.

A 200 lb. man or woman would need 100 oz per day.

It is a good habit, but an excessive intake of water may be an indication of diabetes.
A simple test will put your mind to rest.
Do you have huge sugar cravings?

Curiously, dont u always want 2 pee or sumthing because thats just..........ask your doctor because i want 2 no

There is no such thing as drinking too much water. And nothing bad will come of it. You will detoxify your body, cleanse your skin, and feel really great. Keep up the good work..Cheers
