I'm not sure who came up with the idea of a time machine, but no one has actually made one so there is no inventor ...
No one has invented a way to travel through time as of yet, but there was a book written by H.G. Wells in 1895 entitled "The TIme Machine" and that is the first known reference of someone creating a device that could travel through time.
No one yet. The theory of time machine is hypothetical and based on Einstein's theory of relativity.
Jules Vern first came up with the idea of a time machine, but as to being invented-it never has been to my knowledge.
