For me, Coke tastes better, but the company seems to be very socially irresponsible.
For instance, in India, it has monopolized precious drinking water for its factories in a region where potable water is already scarce (among other claims - see link below). And there are other such claims around the world, such as in Columbia where it allegedly uses paramilitary gangs to threaten/kill its own workers.
Yes, some people also boycott Pepsi, just like they would for any other major company. But the claims against Coke are much more numerous and apparently better documented (see second link to Google Battle where I compare hits for "coca cola boycott" vs "pepsi boycott"...Coke wins by 2:1).
But just like I don't want to eat bacon, Coke is just so damn tasty...! (Pepsi isn't bad; just too sweet for my everyday tastes.)
