here's a knock-off of the recipe:

2oz of Torani Strawberry
1 cup of Ice (about 20oz by volume)
1 scoop of ghiradelli white chocolate
about 8 oz of half and half

Blend till smooth.

or try this since some of those ingredients are far-fetched:
1 bottle starbucks strawberries & cream frap (at the grocery store)
1 cup vanilla bean ice cream
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup melted white chocolate
Blend ingredients until smooth. Top with whipped cream.

starbuck's uses a premade powder mix in a box and adds it to their powdered cream mix also in a box....you can buy the mixes at any starbucks to make at home
