Whats the difference between diet drinks and regular drinks.?!

Question:

Whats the difference between diet drinks and regular drinks.?

Answers:
Diet drinks are dweetened with splenda or aspartame and are considered calorie free. Regular soda is sweetened with sugar 9 a can of pop contains as much as 10 tsps of SUGAR!!!! Best bet? Drink water. Regular pop is nothing but empty calories, and diet pop is full of chemicals.

Diet has less sugar. Thats why it says Sugarfree usually.

SUGARRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Hmm, I'm just guessing here but could it be the amount of sugar.

Diet is supposed to have no sugar but my dad's a doctor and he said that it isnt true they still have sugar in them. :)

Taste .

Sugar, but if you are talking about sodas they are both bad for you because they are gigh in caffiene and act as diuretics. To get the hydration advantage drink pure or still mineral water, much better for you.

Besides taste? Sugar!!! One can of regular soda (depending on the kind) will have 37 grams of sugar and a ton of calories (agan, depending on the kind). Diet soda has 0 grams of sugar and 0 calories (but some people may believe that the other ingredients turn into sugar after it's processed in your body). I used to hate diet soda, but if you drink it long enough you acquire a taste for it.

Low or no calories compared to regular drinks. Calories usually come from sugar.

1. diet drinks are for people on a diet
2. diet drinks say diet on the label but regular drinks don't
3. diet drinks are for fat people
4. regular drinks taste much better =]

Diet Drinks have no sugar, and they taste like utter, complete crap, except for Fresca.
