hahahahaha....no Emma..use the supermarket like everyone else...come to think of it i havent seen a milkman for months and months round these parts.
Not what you were thinking about. lol. You meant his extras.
they still do in our area
I would love to if there were a milkman around here.
HAHAHA!
Yes! Milkmen are back! They're practically en vogue! Check your local yellow pages. You may find one!
Oberweiss Dairy is a company that offers delivery service. I looked into it, but I would have had to give them a key to my back gate and since I lived in an apartment complex I didn't think it was a good idea.
I don't personally but there are a couple of houses on our street that get deliveries (South Cambs, UK)
not me
I do, my Milk Man is the best. Not only does he deliver milk, bread etc whatever the weather he also helps in other ways. I live in a rural area and am disabled. My milkman does little errands like posting my letters and will even collect my dry cleaning from the village! He does this for others too. He is the best and is always smiling. Thanks Stan the Milk you are terriffic.
not anymore he refused to deliver after my brother threw poo at him out the window
Back when I lived in a group home a couple of years ago, a milk man would deliver milk to us.
We still partake in having the 'house white' conveniently left at our front door by a mobile dairy produce delivery technician.
I tried, said I want a total of four pints a week....ended up with four pints a day. I started leaving it out for him to collect and all he did was add another four......
Now they want me to pay for them.....oh well.
Yep, we have a milkman three days a week. We have milk (semi and whole), fruit juice in bottles, potatoes and strawberry milk in bottle delivered. We have in the past also had fizzy drinks and boxes of biscuits.
It is a great way of making sure you never run out of milk, saves carrying stuff home from the supermarket and is also delivered by an electric vehicle making it quite eco friendly.
no are there any around?
Yes - twice a week - from Four Crosses in Shropshire. Very good and reliable service.
I don't know if that is any help.
Yep we have a milkman (6 days a week) and a breadman (6 days a week) as well as a fishman (once a week on Fridays).
They only have milk carriers in small rural towns, they don't exist in modern America anymore.
yes i do
None here, sorry to say. I'm sure there would be a market for it if anyone wanted to start it up.
we here definetely do every person our city gets milk daily. Nice question by the way (hm amatuers)_
We have a milkman and a milk lady! We only get milk and orange juice delivered as a rule, but they also deliver bread, eggs, cream, potatoes, fizzy pop and at Christmas you can order your turkey from them too!
No not anymore as the guy that used to do it retired and his replacement wasn't very nice and he put up his prices
Oh my stars, you're giving away your age bringing up nostalgic stuff like that. But ours stopped back in the early 90's. The closest we have here is the Schwan's delivery, but that's frozen food.
No its tesco for me.
Yup, my neighbour does. We usually get our milk from the supermarket though.
yeah they do in pwllheli, north wales!
yes i have a milkman deliver our milk twice a week
my neighbour does i remember when i was young i use to collect the milk from the door for my mum now i have to go all the way to the shop!! but the bottle is better though on days like this your milk would be frozen
No, I get my milk from Wonder Woman's boobies.
Well, we have a guy who will deliver, makes a lot of noise on a Saturday morning, but we buy ours from the local supermarket, I'm afraid! Nice one Emma, a star for you!
