Is it better to drink your water in alot of small gulps or 2 or 3 big ones?

should i be drinking water in a big long drink or a few small sips at a time?

drink it the way that comes natural to you. neither one has a benefit over the other.

Small gulps...its proven by scientific research. Big gulps can often damage ur throat and lungs!

It has been proven that drinking water in intervals and in small gulps is beneficial for the brain. This is especially so when keeping the brain focussed. This is because water is made up of Hydrogen and Oxygen, and when small gulps of water is drunk at regular intervals, there is a constant supply of Oxygen to the brain. Thus, the brain will be able to uphold its alertness and focus.

i don't know... sometimes i drink mine in small gulps, sometimes in big gulps :D

As per ayurveda(traditional Indian medicine) and Yoga experts. drinking water in small gulps increase your digestion and less constipation.

If you are in a tearing hurry,i guess big gulps is the only way,otherwise water ,such a refreshing drink should be drunk slowly ,wouldn't even call it gulps,i have small sips & enjoy every sip.
