Tea /coffee?!
Tea /coffee?
With my complaints i have had to give up drinking-smoking-fatty foods-spicy-acidy foods-i have done all this but then i have been told to cut out caffeine,i love my cup of tea and coffee i am finding this very difficult my question is is de caf tea and coffee ok to have from a desperate tea/coffe drinker
Answers:
I have to do decaf everything because I react so harshly to caffeine. I have no problem with it as long as I can have my flavored creamer in my coffee. I don't notice the difference and when I switch the coffee at work, most don't know they are drinking decaf, if that helps. You will be fine. Get a small amount of it and try it. You should be good. Hope this helps!
Not sure about decaf but I wondered if you have tried herbal/fruit teas? Twinings do a great range.
of course!....ur desperate arent you?!
Sorry but there is caffeine in both.
You could have decaf coffee though
not advisable. how about limiting to flower/fruit teas like jasmine, lavendar, rose, mixed fruit?
coffee you should cut down until you can do without...
having your drinks decaffeinated is your best option.
but you could also try herbal teas, or newly discovered tea supplements like bitter gourd tea, which can be found in southeast asian countries.
cheers!
yea its okay but not too much
drink whatever you want as long a it is not too much for a day
I hear ya, sista! Done all of the above, I drink One cup of coffee in the morning...then herbal tea. There are some amazing decaf ones out there & green tea is really good for you.
i am a tea aholic and to be honest i find there is'nt much difference between the taste of decaf tea and regular, although you may have to shop around till you find one you like i like tetley de-caf myself
never heard of decaf tea,
but regular tea has less caffeine than regular coffee.
you could drink decaf tea/coffee to satisfy your passion of a cup of tea/coffee.
I couldn't go without!!
Surely de caf is better than no tea at all?
If you could not refrain from taking coffee kindly sip only half glass once or twice a day and gradually reduce it to one forth glass aday and like that you could get rrid of it. Also chew chewing gum etc., when you could not resist taking a coffee.

try a nice cup of chocolate or malt drink
Herbal teas are the best, trust me. I've was once 'addicted' to caffeine, and can tell you that herbal teas will do you good. No worries of side effects.
De-caf tea is nice and maybe you should try drinking herbal teas as well as they are very nice.
Try peppermint, or camomile or some of the other many varieties that they have
