How do I make coffee stronger?!

Question:

How do I make coffee stronger?

I have a small coffee maker at home that makes at least four cups of coffee, how many spoons of coffee should I use to make it stronger?

Answers:
You want really stronger coffee add about 6 tablespoons of coffee. Have you ever tried Pilon Coffee? It is mostly used for Cafe Con Leche and in Pilon makers. It is a stronger brand of coffee & I use it in my capachino machine! Yummy!

Just experiment until it's right for you! I would add at least 2 full scoops, I like mine strong but just experiment.

Usually, the general rule is 1 tbs of coffee grounds per cup. So, if you're making 4 cups and want it strong, I'd say use 6 tbs.

How about doing it manually?

Just put two heaped tea-spoonfuls in a cup and add hot water.

Should be strong enough for a Monday morning that!

Just keep adding coffee until you find how you like it. I have a friend that makes his coffee by filling the filter to the top and it is very strong but good.

You may just want to experiment. Start by putting in one extra measure. If you want it stronger, try two the next time.

It doesn't take much coffee to make it stronger and it doesn't take much water to weaken it, so start cautiously.

5 teaspoons should make a good strong cup. (4 will actually make it stronger than most prefer.) If you aren't pleased with that adjust accordingly. Be careful though as many filters will overflow if you use too much coffee.

You can make stronger coffee two ways either more coffee or less water.

run it through the cofee machine twice

If you are grinding your own beans, grind them finer than you normally would. I think that will help.

Get yourself a coffee scopp at the store. Start with two and a half, increase to three if not strong enough.
