It depends on my mood... but generally the smoothie I enjoy the most has peaches, bananas, pineapple-orange juice, vanilla yogurt and ice.

My favorite refreshing smoothie would have to be the Coconunt Surprise from Smoothie King. Its packed with natural ingredients leading to a healthy snack. The ingredients include: non-fat milk, pineapples, bannanas, coconut, and ice all blended together into a rich, non thick icy smoothie that I cannot get enough of.
