Does green tea give you energy?!

Question:

Does green tea give you energy?

Answers:
A tea weight loss study conducted Dr Dulloo in the University of Geneva found that drinking a green tea extract beverage 3 times a day increases energy expenditure by 4%.

So yes, it does.

Studies found that green tea contains caffeine and catechins. They interact with each other and boost energy level more than just by themselves.

Learn about how to drink green tea to reduce caffeine content in the link below.

Hope it helps.

if you mean 'does it have caffine', then yes, but only half the amount as coffee.

not as much as other things like coffee or energy drinks, but green tea is not drunk for it's energy but its anti oxidant and egcg health properties.

Green tea does not have an energizing effect due to the fact that it contains 0% caffine unlike grey teas and black teas, however, green tea is very good for you. Green tea is an antioxidant that hepls your body of flushing the impurities away. I recomend atleast 1 serving of green tea a week. Lipton green tea doesn't count. I am talking about tea that you steep in hot water.

idk about that but it helps if you have a hangover ;)

No - it is like drinking dishwater.
