Can you remember the first cup of Starbucks coffee you ever drank?!

Question:

Can you remember the first cup of Starbucks coffee you ever drank?

Was thinking about this today... I've given these guys thousands of dollars over the years.

hmm...i remember! uhh...let's see, it was a sunday afternoon and my sister drove me there after going to the mall i think? i had always tried to try starbucks since it's so major and all. so i went in there and was puzzled looking at the menu. i didn't know what an americano or a frappuccino was but i remembered that some rich kid drank a latte in a movie. so i said "hi, i want a latte" to the barista. she sounded like she said something which later turned out to be tall. i was like okay. then i was surprised at the price of the tall latte; it was only 2.64 cause i thought it was much more expensive. i came in with 10 dollars ready! when i got my drink, i was awed cause i wanted a bigger size. but then again, i didn't know the sizes. ahh... the latte tasted great. and now almost exactly a year later, im a starbucks addict. i go there almost three times a week and have tried everything on the menu. and of course, i know the sizes now. short, tall, grande, and venti. and my favorite drink now is the white chocolate mocha frappuccino, venti sized with whipped cream and a chocolate drizzle.

i think i probably didn't like it. it's grown on me to the point where it's drinkable, and it'll do in a pinch, but really, it's not good coffee in my opinion.

my favorite is a local company up here called caribou coffee. mmmmm, so good.

haley

I don't remember.
I agree with Haley in that it grew on me and also find my local coffee shop to be superior.
A mug of Fair Trade, Organic coffee from my local shop costs the same as a mug of coffee from Starbucks.

That was pretty funny for me. I stood in a long line to get a pricey cup of coffee, then I threw it away because it tasted like a pot does after being on the burner for a long time. Found out later that was the real Starbucks flavor! Really don't care for Starbucks - I enjoy local coffee like Dunkin' Donuts, small coffee shops and my own homemade. always fresh!!

Yeah, do those Frappuccinos in a glass bottle they sell at grocery stores count? If so, that's the first Starbucks I had ever tried. I was about 5 at the time though and just thought it was coffee flavored milk!

Yup, it was the day I was hired there.
(used to drink teas and frappucinnos before that)
I've been drinking it ever since.

it was a cup of latte, and I have trouble ordering it: tall-decaf-nonfat-vanilla latte...

how complicated it was just to get a cup of coffee

Gross, their coffee is bitter.......make your own coffee and take it with you. A fool and their money are soon parted.
