Can drinking too much soda when you are the designated driver make you sick??!

Question:

Can drinking too much soda when you are the designated driver make you sick??

Answers:
it will

yep - too much sugar - and the acid does a number on your teeth

almost as bad as battery acid - as in the Yahoo! reports today

7 is PH neutral - like water
1.0 is battery acid
sodas came in about 2.5 - 2.6

bad stuff

It is not the best ting to drink. I am assuming you are referring to drinks such as Pepsi and Coke. Club soda will have no effect on you other than possibly some intestinal gas later that night. Have club soda mixed with some Rose's Lime juice or a squeeze of lime or lemon for a change. I can also recommend ice tea or water. Drinking too much of anything is going to make you feel bloated so do so in moderation.

Try drinking some kind of juice. It is much healthier. Too much carbonation will bloat your stomach and make it hurt. If you want to see what the acid does. Put a chicken bone in a glass of Coke. Take it out in a few days. You will be able to bend it.

drink in moderation

How much crap can your gut tolerate? Try a non alcoholic Bloody Mary known as a Virgin Mary, drink water with ice, stand there and look available....

no it cannot make you sick

the carbonation also takes calcium out of your bones. i've never heard of it making you sick though.

Yes.
