What is the best low acidic fruit juice to drink?

I love orange juice but i hear too much is bad for your teeth and stomach lining. I want to drink 2 glasses a day, so what juice should I drink?

If you love orange juice and want to keep drinking it, you could try watering it down a bit. I actually prefer it that way - less acid and not too sweet. You can also purchase low acid orange juice in some stores. If you're concerned about your teeth, just brush them after drinking orange juice so the acids and sugars aren't sitting on your teeth, eating away at the enamel. That goes for just about everything you eat though. I wouldn't worry too much as long as you're brushing your teeth regularly. Even a quick brush after each meal, or chewing sugarless gum can help. Also, make sure that you have a bit of fluoridated water each day. If you're concerned about your stomach, I wouldn't worry too much unless you already have existing stomach issues like ulcers. If it upsets your stomach in the morning, try watering it down or drinking it after eating something, or during a decent meal.

You might also try apple juice, or all natural 'real' juices that have no added acids and sugars in the ingredients.

Unless you have a specific reason for drinking juice, it's healthier to drink water. Most juices add little nutrition (it's trivial to get vitamin C, for example) and are loaded with (fruit) sugar.

Not that you should be able to enjoy a couple glasses of juice. They do taste good.

For digestive reasons, I avoid high acid juices like orange. I've found that those 100% mixes work well. Usually made from apple, pear, or white grape juice, they have a little flavoring from other fruits (cherries, various berries, etc.). Again, not a health drink... but the taste is good and the acid is low.

well i know it might be bad, but i rather prefer orange than apple juice which comes with a lot more sugar and because of that can be more damaging for ur teeth

For low acid it would be grape juice. I do drink a lot of orange juice, more than 2 glasses a day, but it hasn't affected my teeth or stomach. I think because I also drink copious amounts of water that my system flushes out more quickly so the orange juice doesn't have a chance to cause me problems.

The best fruit juice to drink is papaya. The reason is it's high in enzymes, without enzymes the body cannot properly digest food. It has no acidic properties. If you can juice this fresh it would have the highest concentration of enzymes.

You could invest in a juicer, smoothie maker or something. This way you could choose your own concoctions and, for example add bananas to make it less acidic.
I shouldn't think orange juice causes too much harm to your teeth or stomach if you drink it during or after food. But don't drink it on an empty stomach or after alcohol!! By the way alcohol is more irritating to your stomach than orange juice!
Lemons and the juice is supposed to be really bad but who likes drinking that anyway!
