Where can I find forms used in coffee shops and / or fast foods?
I'm opening a coffee shop and would like to know all types of forms used to report daily operations.

Most quick-service restaurants have computer programs to report daily operations. If the forms are just for your bookkeeping you might find forms at an office supply store such as Office Max. I think I have also seen a few computer programs to help with the accounting and invoices also. Office Max (or similar stores) will also have legal forms (labor law posters, I-9 forms).
