Is it bad to have 2 energy drinks a day?!

Question:

Is it bad to have 2 energy drinks a day?

every day i get 2 amps is it bad for your helth and how does it affect you?

Answers:
it can be bad but only if you have a heart condition because the drinks speed up your heart beat and increase adrenaline and if your heart cant take it than its dangerous...me personally i like redbull or rock star but amp is good too!!

the only thing I can think of is that you might get addicted to caffeine. Also the sugar content isn't that healthy for you. And that means empty calories. You might try going for healthier beverages like milk or juices. Or teas are very good also.

I wouldnt'. Just because that gaurana seed and lots of other things are way stonger than caffiene and havn't been approved by the FDA

nu nu

yes.

The only bad thing is the amount of caffeine that you are taking in. Energy drinks are loaded with a lot of caffeine......this can lead to heart palpitations in many people. You should probably consult your physician to see if energy drinks are right for you. Everyone's body is different and can react to caffeine in different ways.

no

Whoa... you are putting your body through a caffeine rush, and that's not good for the heart. Cut back to one. Drink more water to flush that crap out of your system.

Your heart might not be thanking you. I know mine wouldn't when I'd have two of most energy drinks (I have dabbled.) On a day when I want an energy drink I would replace that second drink with a fruit drink. The new Naked drinks are good for energy (for me) but I would rather chase with cranberry apple juice blend.

The bad thing about most other Energy Drinks on the market is that they contain very high amounts of sugar and caffeine, which are bad for you.

If you are concerned about your health, you should consider an alternative. I drink an Energy Drink that is HEALTHY, works in 10-15 minutes after you drink it, lasts for several hours, and is much less expensive than most other Energy Drinks.
