In general, yes.

Yes Because it still has the same protein / calcium levels ,they have taken out the fat content only.This brand of milk is good for for sufferers of high cholesterol.

Unfortunately, no. It's prohibited by law. The Feds will find you if you try to use 1% milk. Don't even try it.
