Yes, it provides anti-oxidants. It has been shown to reverse the harmful effects of aging and environmental damage. It has also been shown to help the heart be healthy.

Yeah. It helps your heart.

I heard that it is.... it has less caffine and has antioxidants which are good for sooo amny things!

yes-anit oxidants

green tea is better it has no calories and helps you loose weight

it's all relative. Is it better than drinking coke? probably. It's better to have a little antioxidants than none at all.

I am a big fan of green tea and all teas, but I never buy these bottled green teas. Simply because of the sugar content in some of them, and because making freshly brewed tea from tea bags or loose leaf tea is probably better for you than something they probably make from concentrate or something "not as fresh". I could be totally wrong, but this is what I believe. I believe that the antioxidants dissipate, or become less effective after sitting on the shelf for a certain period of time. But to answer your question, I'd say relatively yes, it is.

It depends on which Arizone green tea you are talking about (if there is more than one).

There are many kinds of green tea: instant green tea, flavored green tea, decaffeinated green tea, teabag and loose-leaf green tea.

The USDA study found that regular green tea is the best.

100 millimetres of brewed green tea contains 127 milligrams of catechins.

Decaffeinated brewed green tea contains only 56 milligrams, less than half of the catechins found in an original brew.

Flavored brewed green tea has 43 milligrams.

Disappointingly, instant green tea has only 12 milligrams.

Furthermore, loose-leaf green contains much more catechins than teabags. The link below shows why.

Hope it helps!
