are you sure? you mean when you drink it or in the shower...cos i always get a rash when i come in contact with water, in the shower, or the pool or the sea,
go to the doctors, but if you are then there is no real cure, although there may be tablets to relieve the symptoms.

Are you sure it is not something IN the water? Tap water contains many chemicals for decontamination purposes. Shower water often contains minerals making it "hard" water.
