It should come out eventually, but I can't be sure.
GTA: San Andreas came out like in 2005 for PS2, but the XBOX version came out a year later. And just when it was released they put a ban on that game. But ya never know.

According to IGN.com, Halo 3 will come out Fall of 2007.
Maybe the PC version will be released almost simultaneously.
