How often we should drink tea in a day?!

Question:

How often we should drink tea in a day?

Answers:
I think as often as you can, but don't over do it. Many Europeans claim to drink 8-10 cups of tea a day. I believe it since it's more popular over there than it is here. The only think I'd be concerned about is the caffeine content.

I drink lots of tea and when I go without it, sometimes I get a headache. Probably from caffeine withdrawl. But I think you should drink tea when ever you can, and vary the type of tea you drink also!

I read that you shouldn't drink more than 400mg of caffiene a day for the caffiene levels to be high enough to disrupt ur bodily systems. An 8oz. glass of ice tea or hot tea is between 40 - 70mg. So basically u can have about 6-10 cups of tea per day.

i dont usually drink tea, wait, i drink the canned kinds and lipton citrus tea thing,,,,.....

i personally drink green tea because it has a high level of anti oxidants and helps ur metabolic rate so that u lose wieght.. i drink abt 3 cups a day usually like 30ins after a meal.. if u wanna drink tea often dont add sugar and u'll clearly see the bebefits of it.. just dont drink more than 5 cups a day i tink..

If you're talking about herbal tea, then you can drink it all day. It's allowed to be part of your water count for the day, where as black tea is not.
Black tea has its benefits as far as anti-oxidants, but because of the tanines it containes, it can interfere with iron aborbtion. You need to limit your intake to around 3 cups a day.

I read somewhere that you shouldn't have anymore than 4-5 cups a day of ordinary tea. But if its herbal tea then you can have a lot more

i drink decaf tea at lunch and at the evening meal.
