Yes, it does have some coffee, however McDonalds adds a large amount of cream, sugar and other additives. Because of this, it doesn't taste very strongly of coffee.
Also, remember that if you enjoy stronger coffee tastes, your opinion may vary from someone (like myself) who prefers lighter coffee.

I'm sure it has alot of coffee in it. It probably also has a lot of sugar so that it will taste good. You have to admit, anything with more sugar will taste better. All those coffee drinks are meant to be deserts, it seems like.
