Does a serving of juice count as a serving of water?!

Question:

Does a serving of juice count as a serving of water?

Answers:
Well there is a lot of water in juice and it will keep you hydrated. However, juice has extra sugars in it and lots of calories. It is best to just stick with water. For some added flavour you can put lemon or lime in it.

i dont think so...

No, some pure fruit juices can be diuretic.

No!

Water - pure water - passes through the system and leaves no residue; needs no help in its work.

Juice is not considered "pure". It requires separation - purification, so-to-speak by the liver.

If the juice has no added sugar or caffeine, yes.

Nope,a serving of juice would be considered one serving of fruit!! ;-)

No......but you are getting liquid. Juice - you will strike off the vit C intake, Water - will strike off one of 8 glass you need each day.....
