Drinking a glass of water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinager help you maintain weight, thicken hair, give you vitimans and minerals... Has anyone tryed this, does it work, and what do you know about it? Answer Please!

apple cider vinegar really works if you don't mind the taste, though... i suggest you don't take 2 T immediately and not with plain water... you could add honey to sweeten it but make sure that the apple cider vinegar doesn't touch any hot water. store apple cider vinegar in a cool place too :D i'ld start with 1 t first then 2 and so on... but don't take it neat because it is strongly acidic in the mouth (it becomes alkaline in the tummy same as lemons).

No, it is complete fiction and drinking vinegar like that will take all the enamel off your teeth. Some idiot writer invented that diet to make money on a book she wrote in the 70's it is pure cr*p.
yes! apple cider vinegar is really good for maintaining weight and has really good vitimans in it you can even drink it by its self.
