It's not that such a small amount of sodium is bad for you, per se'...Eating a bag of over-salted pretzels would be much more "risky"...

However, I did read that the regular drinking of Carbonated/Mineral Water, and or Club Soda, will take 1 year off of your life, if you expect to live to age 75...

Regardless, I find Carbonated Water especially refreshing, and more fun to drink, in the summertime...Beer/Champagne and Soda are also carbonated beverages...

If you're Blood Type "O", like myself, cabonated water is actually supposed to be good for you...So, I'll take my chances on losing that one year (It comes at the end when living usually isn't all that much fun anyway)...

Carbonated water is regular tap water that is usually filtered, before it's injected with carbon gas, which simulates carbonated water which can occasionally be found in nature, usually around geysers, or other natural phenomena which causes water to bubble up from the ground...

This is how & why Perrier from France, or Geyser Peak & Calistoga of California stumbled upon a gold mine when they marketed these beverages which were originally nature-made phenomena. Now, they chemically add carbon gas, like most everyone else, after the source has run dry...

Flat/Still water is okay if it's clean/pure or filtered. We're 80% water, and Homo Sapiens has survived on it for 190,000 years, mostly from drinking out of streams, rivers and lakes...

The reason distilled water draws minerals and/or toxins out from your body, is because rarely does anything in nature have the tendency to remain perfectly pure (as in H20...2 parts Hydrogen/1 part Oxygen...BORING!)...So it seeks to draw out of your body, to dispose as waste material, oposing chemically charged minerals/toxins to achieve the imbalance it's more comfortable with...Just like good girls who are attracted to bad boys, and then always regret it later!

I dont know but I try to stay from anything with carbonation, seems to cause fluid retention in me.

I always buy carbonated or mineral water because I actually enjoy drinking it. I don't like drinking flat water. Carbonated water is just filtered water with CO2.

ordinary water is mixed with carbongas and it is called as the carbonated water..............

Carbonation in general isn't "good" for you. Pure fresh clean still water remains the best choice.

still water would be the better choice. carbonated water really isn't that good for you. it's better for other things than it is for drinking, like removing stains or stuff.

and as for what it is made of:
carbonated water is plain water into which carbon dioxide gas has been dissolved. the process of dissolving carbon dioxide gas is called carbonation. it results in the formation of carbonic acid (which has the chemical formula H2CO3).

sorry if i got a bit scientific in that last part, but i hope it helps in any way

Flat. It doesn't taste all funky.
