Any one Fancie a cup of tea?
am I alone in not liking hot drinks, if there are others out there do you get odd looks when you tell people you dont like tea?

tea, I have even tried all the herbal
types !! Not for me !! Any type of
coffee or : Gin, Brandy, both with
Spring water !! (maybe the odd
larger !) am happy !!!!

I don't drink tea and i don't usually get odd looks. I don't know many people who do drink tea. I drink coffee.

I live in the US where I do get odd looks when I say that I like tea. Tea drinkers are a real minority. I particularly like iced tea, a Southern specialty.
I know a few people who dont drink hot drinks, and I think it is a natural thing to look a bit shocked! lol
I work with a bloke who only drinks water at work.
On a night out the water tends to be flavoured with beer and strengthened by alcohol but he won't drink tea or coffee. lol

I don't drink tea, and i don't get odd looks. my sister knows i only drink coffee, so she will offer me coffee.

I've just had a cup of coffee, but I always used to prefer tea. But now I usually drink green tea with lemon or grapefruit, its actually very nice. Most people in U.K drink tea, whilst in USA coffee is the favoured drink, I think. I encourage my children to drink cold drinks-pure orange or apple, as I believe its better for them, no caffeine or addiction, I think tea and coffee are mildly addictive.

No because its always followed with 'I drink coffee'! I wouldn't give somebody a funny look if they didn't like hot drinks though...each unto his own!

How can you live without tea?
I like mine boiling hot, ultra strong (2 teabags per cup) with a lot of milk. If it's any more than 2mm from the top of the cup then it's only half a cup as far as I'm concerned.
The only thing is I have dark brown teeth.
I'll have tea, peppermint please. I know a few people that don't like tea or coffee and only drink cold drinks like water or juices, don't worry you aren't alone
