Is cranberry juice a citrus?!

Question:

Is cranberry juice a citrus?

Answers:
cran-BERRY
Cranberries are related to the bilberries, blueberries and huckleberries.

no. its a berry

no

No, it's a fruit juice

It is very tasty, just like a citrus, but it is not a citrus fruit.

No, it's a berry.

As others have pointed out, it's a berry. Not a citrus fruit.

However...

Unless you buy pure cranberry juice (it's expensive and tastes awful), the stuff you're buying is either not 100% juice (e.g., Ocean Spray) or it's really some other juice (white grape, apple, pineapple, pear) with enough cranberry juice to give it flavor.

They sometimes add extra citric acid. So, if you're trying to avoid this, then you'll need to check the ingredients. A high amount of vitamin C is a tip-off that there is likely citric acid in there.

berrys
although very acidic

not orange or lemon

No, hence the name CranBERRRY!!!!

no,it's berry juice. It doesn't have any citrus juice in it, unless it's mixed with citrus juice. I've never seen cranberry juice mixed with citrus juice, as cranberries are very tart. They usually mix them with apple or grape juice, none of which is a citrus juice.

Cranberry is a berry, not a citrus fruit ,so the juice though it could have a citrus like taste isn 't a citrus juice.

Citrus would be Oranges, Lemons. They are sort of "Tangy" flavors.
Cranberry Juice is one of my Fav. I like Grape Juice too. Both are not citrus or "Tangy"

no
