I think it depends in what region of the U.S. you live in. I live in the south central and am able to purchase caffeine free Dr. Pepper at Wal-Mart. They also carry regular, diet, cherry vanilla and berries and cream. However, the only caffeine free I have seen is in the regular and diet variety. I hope this helps!!
