I like Lipton as a good general overall tea although it is not specifically healthy like herbal teas. I love the many flavors that teas can come in like peach or apple cinnamon or strawberry. The most delicous made is called, "Good Earth- Original". You can drink any tea ice cold as you probably know. I can probably guarantee that you will be addicted to the Good Earth teas. Try it, you'll like it. They have other flavors also.
