Answers: i've been drinkin' constant milk since last year, n i'm 15 now. i haven't grown since...i'm still 5"3..i dont kno, it may work for u, i stopped trying yes you will also eat alot of chesse No milk won't make you grow more. It will not, it will make stronger bones though. it depends on what kind of milk you are drinking no u silly goose That is the most absurd thing I have ever heard of. Milk has calcium which is the main thing that is healthy for you in it and calcium will make your bones stronger so, it's still a good idea to drink it. I'm sorry if you want to be taller, I can't say anything because i'm way over height but, everyone in my family is tall. Nope, Your height is determined by genetics, But you can still keep growing until you are 18 and milk is very healthy for you. Nope sorry hon but it won't. Sadly how tall you grow to be is a matter of genetics. However you can influence it by eating a well balance healthy diet. Oh and even though milk won't help you grow it still provides you with vitamins for strong bones so don't cut it out of your diet. You'll be happy you didn't when you get older and things like osteoporosis come into effect. Milk will make your bones stronger and allow them to grow to their full potential. However, if you are genetically destined to be 5'4" then you will be 5'4" regardless of your calcium intake. Your bones will grow, but possibly thicker not longer. Although milk does has its benefits, height may only be a minor benefit. Your genes and your pituitary gland (the small gland behind your brain) will ultimately dictate how tall you will be. You would be better off taking multivitamins, perferably with B-complex vitamins to stimulate growth. If possible, look for one that has CGF (Chlorella Growth Factor). But ask your doctor first to make sure you get the best benefit. Since you're still 15, you still have enough time to grow.
