Question:

Answers: First, sleep early to get as much sleep as you can (no late-nighters for the meantime) so you can wake up easily without feeling groggy.

A basic cup of coffee with a piece of fruit (preferably a banana for the extra phosporous) or jam on toast (make it the night before if you have to rush in the morning) will be enough. A Vitamin E supplement will make it better as it'll give you the energy you need.

I wouldn't advise those drinks with really high caffeine levels as they can make you jittery and nervous all day (especially when you're late for class), while those energy drinks (I've tried them personally) may give the energy you need during the day but you tend to lose more energy than usual later in the day (some payback!).

Here's another tip when you're in class:
Bring a small sample of peppermint scent (be it peppermint oil, candy, anything that smells a lot like peppermint) and take a whiff of this. Research found that the scent of peppermint help maintain active levels during work. Try it and see for yourself. coffee dude. seriously....drink chocolate slim fast and eat a banana first. Lasts me until afternoon. Eight hours of sleep the night before, and perhaps a cup of coffee... Bear in mind that energy drinks steal energy from the future.. ie, later in the day you'll be dragging because of it. Not true man, everyone is different, I can refer you to the energy drink called Buzzed, a limit of 3 cans a day! I only drank 2 and I was jacked up for the day, dont get addicted to it tjhough, caffiene is bad! Just like coffe, it has caffiene in it aswell. But energy drinks usually have more caffiene in it than coffe. Most energy drinks just give you a big sugar rush and then go away, but I suggest Gatorade because it is good for you and it has a lot of sodium which is good to wake you up.
