I love chocolate. Which drink at Starbucks would you recommend.?
I want a tinge of coffee in it but more of a chocolate taste.
Mocha is too strong for me.
Answers: I'm a certified barista at Starbucks, so let's see if I can help you out.
If you mean the Cafe Mocha is too stong in coffee, ask for extra mocha (which is the chocolate that we use in all of our chocolate drinks) and/or less espresso (the concentrated coffee that we use, along with milk, to make all lattes). The Cafe Mocha is a hot drink, but you could also ask for it iced. Again, if it is too stong in coffee, ask for extra mocha, or less espresso.
If you would like a cold, blended drink with whipped cream on top, try a Mocha Frappuccino. It is made with a sweet coffee base and mocha syrup. However, you may want to request extra mocha if you would like a richer, chocolatey taste. The Java Chip Frappuccino is made with the sweet coffee base, mocha syrup, and chocolate chips. It is not as popular at my store as the plain old Mocha Frappuccino.
For a non-coffee, hot alternative, just try the hot chocolate! This is my favorite drink at Starbucks. It is made with mocha, steamed milk, and a dash of vanilla. It is a delicious, rich chocolate drink with whipped cream on top.
For cold, non-coffee alternatives, try the Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino. It is made with the cream base, not the coffee base. It uses mocha syrup and chocolate chips, and tastes like a yummy milkshake.
Remember that at Starbucks there are lots and lots of flavors to choose from. If you want come chocolate with a slight minty taste, add Peppermint syrup. My boyfriend's favorite drink is the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino. If you like orange, add orange. Orange Mocha is a popular drink ordered at my store. i have also gotten a mocha latte but added the chocolate sprinkle power, and 2 packets of splenda...it was more like hot chocolate with a tinge of coffee iF YOU LiKE COFFEE THEN A MOCHA FRAPPACiONO iS AWESOME!

mmmmm, coffee I DONT LYK STARBUCKS CANT HELP SRY :( the first thing that popped in my mind was mocha frappachino but since mocha is too strong i'd go with the caramel frapp instead. it's pretty good WELL I WORK AT STARBUCKS AND MY RECOMENDATION OS THE NEW RASPBERRY MOCHA.... ITS CHOCOLATY AND SWEET WITH THE HINT OF ESPRESSO.... THAT SHOULD GIVE IN TO YOUR LOVE FOR CHOCOLATE... IT EVEN COMES IN A FRAPPUCCINO FOR THE HOT DAYS!!!!
